Scot Motzny
President
Having worked extensively in the Kitchen, Bath and Building Products Industry since he graduated with my Masters in Education from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Scot has been fortunate enough to work in several different positions in the sales channel which gives him unique insight and perspective into the totality of the sales process. As a former Designer, Sales Rep, and Corporate Product Development Manager and National Trainer, Scot is uniquely qualified to identify win-win situations for all individuals and companies concerned.
Jill Rosenberger
Marketing Director
Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Jill graduated from Iowa State University studying Advertising and Psychology with a focus on consumer behavior. She’s the ‘Jill-of-all-trades’ having experience in project management, data analytics, customer service and, of course, marketing.
Roger Roberts
Executive Director
Roger started out building and installing cabinets early in his career. His vast knowledge of the woodworking and manufacturing industries made him an integral part of Primary Kitchen’s parts catalog and online ordering system. However, his expertise transcends making kitchens and his real passion is cooking in them – and we’ll never complain about having our own chef on staff.
Jose Zaragoza
Factory Manager
Leading our modern manufacturing facility, Jose has a comprehensive knowledge of everything on the factory floor. He knows the ins and outs of 20+ high-tech machines and is responsible for implementing process improvements to minimize waste and reduce costs while maximizing quality and yield – benefits we pass on to our customers.
Jerelyn Bryan
Purchasing Director
Essential to our day-to-day operations, Jerelyn has over 15 years of experience in purchasing and sourcing suppliers. Her industry knowledge and superior relationships ensure we are manufacturing our products as economically and time-efficiently as possible.
Shawn Carr
Assembly Director
A native of Colorado, Shawn has been working in the manufacturing district of Denver for 20 years. His expertise in cabinet and store fixture assembly, paired with his belief in hard work and getting things done makes him an invaluable employee of Primary Kitchen.
Chad Sagrillo
IT Director
With over 25 years of experience in the woodworking and store fixture industry, Chad brings a unique set of knowledge to the IT profession including cabinet maker, cutbiller, drafter, CNC programmer, and systems administrator. His background and expert skills keep our high-tech machinery and internal infrastructures running smoothly.
Brian Wilzoch
Videographer
Having grown up in the industry, Brian’s knowledge of cabinet making and passion for videography, give him an expert edge into capturing the important moments. From machining to assembly, Brain is all about capturing the process of how things are made.
